I know I'm only on day 3 and all, but I was thinking that I should at least try and not take a photo of a person or a part of a person. Duuuuuuuude, I don't think I can. I've taken a couple of cool shots at my family's ranch, but the scenery and out buildings are so freaking cool that you'd have to be a nimrod not to get at least something decent.
So, I'm a people person, both in my life and my photography preferences. Funny thing is, I really like to look at more abstract images. I did drive by a cool looking old feed store in my hometown. Maybe I'll try to get one tomorrow or the next day.
Then again, maybe I'll get a shot of my nephew's knees or something. ;)

I love the reflections. Is that your floor? Gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteIt's my mom's, she keeps her house immaculate. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteJode, I am not being nice, but I am seriously taken aback (and jealous! *pouts*) at the way you capture people. People are my favorite thing and really, I don't wanna take a picture of anything else. And I am just floored at your images. Seriously.
ReplyDeleteI don't know why you aren't charging people at least $175 a session to take pictures. I don't know why you don't have a website and I seriously hope you have a business name and some cards.
And if you don't, I will help you set all that up and then come and be your apprentice for a while, because really, they are amazing.
Oh Andrea, I am both grinning HUGELY and teary-eyed. (Did I mention in your blog that flattery also makes me cry?) Thank you!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm workin' on a little somethin' somethin'. ;) I'll keep you posted, lovey. <3
